How Do I Communicate With Attendees?
Through Exhibitor Passport, you can send email campaigns, download mailing addresses for your own direct mail campaign, access phone numbers to call attendees, and more. The downloaded data does not include email addresses.
What Filters Are Available To Find My Target Audience?
Finding your target audience is simplified through Exhibitor Passport’s powerful filters, such as Demographics (Industry, Product Interest, Job Function, Buying Role, Plant Size), Geography, Expected Days of Attendance, and Advanced Filters (Company Name, Contact Name, Contact Title).
Can I Email All Attendees?
Please note: You can only email attendees who have opted in to receive emails from exhibitors. This is done when they register to attend the show.
Is Exhibitor Passport Just an Attendee List We Can Purchase?
Exhibitor Passport is more than just a one-time list rental. It’s an online tool for exhibitors to communicate with attendees as they register for the show and afterward. As the foundation of your pre-show, on-site, and post-show campaigns, it's the ideal way to drive qualified visitors to your booth and close deals.
Are There Any Rules Regarding Emailing Attendees?
You may email up to 10,000 people per day and, as previously mentioned, only the attendees who have opted in to receive emails from show exhibitors. Exhibitor Passport complies with all CAN‐SPAM, GDPR, and CASL acts and performs all unsubscribe requests. Attendees can unsubscribe from individual exhibitor emails or all show-specific Exhibitor Passport emails. Email addresses are restricted from viewing and exporting by the user. This suppression protects attendees, exhibitors, and show management. Email reports are available to measure opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and percentage rates.
How Many Users at My Company Can Have Access to the Tool?
Exhibitor Passport currently accommodates up to 25 users per account.
How Long Does My IMTS 2026 Exhibitor Passport License Last?
The IMTS 2026 Exhibitor Passport license is valid from Feb. 1, 2026, through Jan. 31, 2028.
Can I See My Leads From IMTS 2026 in Exhibitor Passport?
If a company uses Xpress Connect to capture leads at IMTS, those leads will automatically populate into Exhibitor Passport and can be found under “Leads” in the “Contact Type” filter once the show starts.
How Much Does It Cost? Where Can I Purchase It?
IMTS 2026 Exhibitor Passport will cost $3,250 if purchased before April 30, 2026. After this date, the price will increase to $5,500 for AMT members and $7,500 for non-members. The tool can be purchased through your IMTS Exhibitor e-Kit.
