You may email up to 10,000 people per day and then, as previously mentioned, only the attendees who have opted in to receive emails from show exhibitors. Exhibitor Passport complies with all CAN‐SPAM, GDPR, and CASL Acts and performs all unsubscribes. Attendees can unsubscribe from an individual exhibitor’s emails or all show-specific Exhibitor Passport emails. Email addresses are restricted from viewing and exporting by the user. This suppression protects attendees, exhibitors, and show management. Email reports are available to measure opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and percentage rates, and can be exported.
