The videos below will demonstrate how IMTS Exhibitor Passport works and help you accomplish what you want to do in the tool. They will take you through the steps for list creation, campaign creation and more.
00:01: This demo showcases, how to create a targeted list within imts exhibitor, passport,
00:06: you'll see how to filter and organize attendee data to streamline your Outreach
00:10: efforts.
00:12: You can choose between two imts, show years in the top left-hand Corner when you log
00:17: in the system defaults to the most current show here.
00:21: a select the show year, you want to create a list from
00:26: Up next, choose to contact type, you want to use, please note that leads and

01:32: If you choose the United States for your country, you can drill down further and

01:41: Here, when you are finished, click apply in the bottom left to filter your list on

01:49: After you've selected your desired filters, click create list in the right hand
01:53: corner to start, saving your list.
01:56: Here, enter the name for your list.
01:58: We recommend to be as specific as possible.

00:08: The first step is to navigate to your lists.
00:13: Next, click the blue arrow button located to the right of your list under actions.
00:19: And click load filters from the drop-down to refresh and reload your list.
00:25: Once the list reloads, click create list to re-save your list, with the most current
00:31: data, and to keep it active for another 240 days.
00:36: Here, enter the name for your list.
00:38: We recommend it to be a specific as possible.

00:14: Next, click the blue upload button to access the file upload interface.

00:13: The next click create new email to start, setting up a new email campaign.
00:20: Here on this page, you'll notice three options for creating email campaign.
00:24: There are templates that you're more than welcome to use, you can create a new
00:27: template from scratch, or you can use the custom HTML feature, located towards the
00:32: right corner to copy and paste HTML from another platform into exhibitor passport.
00:39: for this tutorial, we will select one of the existing templates
00:43: When you select the template, it will ask you to name your campaign.
00:48: Once you name your campaign, click continue to move forward with creating your
00:52: campaign.
00:54: When the campaign editor loads, you can update the campaign details on the left-hand
00:59: side, which includes the campaign name, who the campaign is coming from the reply to
01:04: email address and the subject.
01:07: To add content, drag the icons located to the right on the screen towards the
01:12: middle.
01:14: For example to add a video, drag the video icon to the middle of the screen and
01:18: place it under the image Banner.
01:22: When you click on the video image in your campaign, it'll bring up a toolbar on the
01:26: right hand side where you can include a link to the video.
01:29: Then when the campaign is sent, the recipient can click on the video to view on the
01:33: platform where it is stored such as YouTube or Vimeo to remove the video from the
01:38: campaign, click the trashcan located just below it.
01:43: To add an image, click the image Banner within the campaign.
01:47: This will pull up the toolbar on the right hand side where you can either create an
01:51: image using AI or upload an image from your device.
01:54: Please know, we recommend for the image to be no bigger than 600 pixels wide.
02:00: To edit the title within the campaign, click the heading text Block in your email
02:04: design.
02:06: Then type in the title that you would like to use within your campaign.
02:12: Next, click the placeholder text to customize, the email message content, the
02:17: toolbar on the right hand side allows you to update the font and format.
02:22: One cool feature within the tool is merged tags, this allows you to insert the
02:26: recipient's first name into the email content.
02:29: So the message is personalized.
02:33: This is how the merge tag looks when it is inserted into your campaign.
02:38: Another neat feature to insert into your email design is a clickable button.
02:42: This can be used to link your campaign to other websites such as your imts showroom.
02:48: When you click the button, you can edit the text within it.
02:51: Also, the toolbar on the right hand side is where you can add the URL for the other
02:55: website.
02:56: Therefore, when the recipient clicks on the button, it will take them directly to
03:00: that website.
03:02: Anytime you like the close, the toolbar, click the X located in the right corner.
03:08: When you're done designing the campaign, you can either preview it or send yourself
03:12: a proof by clicking on options.
03:15: Up to preview your campaign via desktop tablet or mobile device, click preview in
03:21: the dropdown.
03:23: When you are done previewing the campaign, click the X located in the right corner
03:28: to return to the email editor.
03:31: when you return to the campaign editor, click options to bring up the dropdown so
03:35: you can send yourself a
03:38: On the drop-down, click Send proof.
03:42: That click add new to include additional recipients for the proof.
03:48: Enter the information and click Send proof to distribute the test email to all
03:52: selected recipients.
03:55: A click the X in the right corner to go back to the campaign editor.

04:02: One last feature to bring to your attention is the audit feature.
04:06: Here, this feature will inform you.
04:08: If a button is missing a link, or if an image is missing, alternate text, when
04:13: you're done with the audit feature, click the X located in the right corner.
04:18: When you are ready to send your campaign, click the green continue button located in

04:25: On the pop-up message, click the green continue to schedule button to move forward
04:29: with scheduling your campaign.
04:32: On the final page you are able to update the campaign details as well as the
04:36: campaign footer.
04:39: Next, select a list to choose the recipients for your email campaign.
04:44: All the list, you created will appear in the drop-down.
04:48: You can exclude a list from your campaign, too.
04:50: This will be helpful if you sent a campaign earlier in the week to a different list,
04:55: and want to make sure those recipients do not receive the upcoming campaign.
